Approximately 13 percent of German households have at least one dog. There are currently around 10 million dogs in Germany. Dog lovers remain loyal to the pet of their choice for decades, because every year about 500,000 puppies find a new owner.

Almost all dog owners have one wish in common: their dog should be well groomed. With the offer of self-service dog wash centres, places are created where dog owners can clean and groom their dogs themselves. The dog wash centre offers the advantage that the owner can wash the dog himself. However, he does not have to awkwardly bend over the bathtub or kneel on the tiled floor, but can do the work comfortably while standing.
